      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide programmatic support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms
      - Manage project risk and financial tracking, including schedule development and dashboard support
      - Coordinate cyber security efforts and ship change documentation tracking
      - Conduct administrative and analytical duties related to personnel and manpower management
      - Propose changes in organizational structure and evaluate statistical data to determine manpower requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations, research analysis, or financial cost analysis
      - At least three (3) years of experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
      - Active Secret Clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project risk management and financial analysis in a defense-related context
      - Familiarity with naval operations and modernization processes
      - Proven skills in data analysis and personnel management
