      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a monthly tracking system for U.S. News and CMS Stars measures and programs
      - Collaborate with marketing, hospitals, and clinical documentation teams to improve outcomes and rankings
      - Partner with Clinical and Quality Improvement teams to support key measures
      - Lead collaboration with Clinical Documentation Improvement teams to enhance operational efforts
      - Work with analytics/data science teams to create algorithms for case review and necessary actions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Economics, or a related field
      - 5+ years of progressive business and decision support experience
      - Strong or expert-level Excel skills
      - 2+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, or R
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with U.S. News Best Hospital rankings and methodology
      - Understanding of key data sets such as HCAHPS, Doximity, and CMS Standard Analytic Files
      - Experience presenting complex methodologies to stakeholders
      - Prior work experience in a clinical healthcare setting
      - Knowledge of healthcare clinical operations, workflows, policies, and procedures
