      Management Analyst

      Job Description:

      This position, part of the Finance Strategy & Analytics Team within the CFO Division, is responsible for the technical development and management of CFO Division Snowflake data, data models, and dashboards for the CFO Division.

      Financial Data Analysis & Visualization: This position is the lead technical role for data analytics within the CFO Division, including development of innovative analysis & visualization solutions.

      Data Management & Governance: Designs and documents a business continuity plan, including documentation and management of existing data models. Serves as a lead subject matter expert associated with highly technical content, processes and procedures.

      Project Management & Implementation: Works closely with other members of FS&A Leadership to identify more efficient reporting solutions for finance data needs. This position operates at a management level and is responsible for the technical aspects of managing projects, establishing timelines, and identifying/collaborating with campus partners, both internal and external to campus, whose involvement is necessary for project success from a technical perspective.
      Expected Salary:

      85k-95k

      Minimum Requirements:

      Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      Experience in designing and implementing BI solutions, data modeling, and developing dashboards that enhance decision-making processes.

      Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights, as well as strong communication skills to convey these insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

      Experience working in a business intelligence role, with demonstrated proficiency in Tableau Desktop Developer, Data Prep, and Server, Power BI, and Microsoft Office 365.

      Strong ability to think creatively and independently on concepts requiring advanced analytical and visionary skills.
