      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing a culture that reflects the employer's vision, mission, and values
      - Support the Store Manager in achieving financial performance and exceeding customer expectations
      - Monitor daily store performance and key performance indicators in collaboration with the Store Manager
      - Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations, including hiring and labor laws
      - Lead and maintain a safe environment for customers and associates through safety initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred
      - General knowledge of key retail metrics, consumer, and product trends
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory, and POS software
      - Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while enhancing customer experience

      - Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment
      - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop store associates effectively
      - Experience in managing property and assets in a retail setting
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence others based on data
