What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving optimal financial performance and exceeding customer expectations
- Monitor daily store performance and review key performance indicators with the Store Manager
- Ensure compliance with hiring, benefit administration, and labor laws, while fostering a safe environment
- Execute company merchandising and marketing plans, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
- Manage staffing levels and associate development to uphold company standards and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- General knowledge of key retail metrics and consumer trends
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software
- Ability to lead and develop associates while managing multiple projects efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Supervisory experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in analyzing retail metrics and trends
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- Familiarity with inventory and POS systems
