      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in achieving optimal financial performance and exceeding customer expectations
      - Execute company merchandising and marketing plans with precision and timely feedback
      - Monitor daily store performance and key performance indicators, collaborating on resolutions to meet objectives
      - Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations related to hiring, benefits, and labor laws
      - Foster open communication among staff to promote morale and effective conflict resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred
      - General knowledge of key retail metrics and consumer/product trends
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with store personnel and vendors
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/POS software
      - Ability to lead, develop associates, and manage multiple projects efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a retail management role
      - Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a retail environment
      - Experience in coaching and developing team members
      - Knowledge of garden and home center products and trends
