      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing a culture that understands and demonstrates the organization's vision, mission, and values
      - Support the Store Manager in achieving optimal financial performance and exceeding customer expectations
      - Execute merchandising and marketing plans, ensuring timely and accurate implementation
      - Monitor daily store performance and review key performance indicators with the Store Manager
      - Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations and maintain a safe environment for customers and associates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred
      - General knowledge of key retail metrics and consumer trends
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/POS software
      - Ability to lead and develop associates while managing multiple projects efficiently

      - Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
      - Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a store setting
      - Experience in coaching and developing team members
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
