About the Service Points Department

The Service Points Department is responsible for secretarial and administrative support within Thales Nederland B.V. The team consists of Management Assistants, Service Point Assistants and Administrative Staff. For our location in Hengelo, we are looking for a new colleague.

About your future job

You will support part of the Senior Management in organizational and secretarial matters and work closely with the other management assistant colleagues. As a management assistant, you are uniquely aware of what is happening within the team and the department you assist, enabling you to act proactively.

You are ambitious and see this role as a potential next step in your career, as being a management assistant allows you to gain experience with all aspects of a management position. You have empathy and build an affinity with the specific aspects of the team you are going to assist.

Why you are a good match

We are looking for a new colleague (preferably full-time but at least 32 hours) who possesses:

• An MBO4-HBO education/working and thinking level;

• Several years of proven relevant work experience;

• Good command of Dutch and English, both verbal and written, French and German are a plus;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems;

• Analytical, accurate, and trustworthy;

• Good communicative and interpersonal skills;

• Initiative, service-oriented, and decisive.
