What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop relationships and facilitate peer group meetings of commercial construction CEOs and executives
- Collect and analyze financials of peer group members
- Conduct peer group meetings on time, on task, and with exceptional quality
- Deliver one-on-one consulting to peer group members to assist in goal attainment
- Maintain accurate member/client records and coordinate with other staff for logistics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of business experience required
- 5 years of experience consulting with closely held business owners
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
