FAES | 4-HThis position is located at 4-H Camp Palmer, Fulton County, Ohio.
Responsible for the overall administration of 4-H Camp Palmer; promote positive atmosphere at camp and provide technical assistance in resident camping and facility operations, manage and supervise full time and seasonal staff; conduct operations in accordance with mission, policies, and goals of 4-H Camp Palmer Board of Trustees; serve collaboratively and foster healthy relationships with the eleven counties of Northwest Ohio; operate and maintain the camp under ACA and OSU standards; manage all capital improvement projects, establish annual fundraising goals and actively fund raise; provide direction to develop a positive revenue stream for camp; work cooperatively with board for the development and implementation of long-range plans, risk management, marketing, budget preparation, and evaluation of services; responsible for financial management including income, disbursements, payroll, establishing fees, investment of funds, implementing control procedures, and preparing and presenting camp financial reports; focus on developing great public relation and maintain positive working relationships with current groups and potential customers. Supervises and works collaboratively with the Program Specialist.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.The pay range for this profile is $69,400-91,250/yr. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications and work location.
