      Position Summary: The DAA Manager will partner with the Designated Institutional Officer (DIO) in planning and coordinating
      academic and operational activities of the residency/fellowship programs. Assist in the development and
      implementation of the residency/fellowship program educational and administrative goals. Responsible for
      ensuring program, faculty, and resident compliance with ACGME and PVHMC requirements. Provides
      guidance and advice on the interpretation and observance of Residency Review Committee requirements, and
      Graduate Medical Education (GME) policies and procedures. May perform other duties as assigned.
      Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in related field (education or health care). Previous experience in health care administration or education administration. Strong working knowledge of computers and computer-based software. Advanced-leveled skills in PowerPoint and Excel programs with a demonstrated track record for creating presentations and reports from inception to completion
      with minimal directions. Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills are imperative to the success of this position. Attention to detail, an ability to take initiative and an agility to work on multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Ability to follow-up and document key areas of concern, strong knowledge of office procedures and practices. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a clear, concise manner with all levels of staff and management across the organization.
      Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in related field. Previous experience in medical academics i.e. ACGME requirements; working with medical students; experience working within a hospital system. Previous experience supervising support staff and managing human resource responsibilities including; payroll, performance evaluations, training, etc.
      Salary Range: $106,000. - $120,000. Annually
