      The Technical Lead is the lifeline of Academys functioning. The core purpose of this role is

      1. To Co-ordinate with all the stake holders of Academy and ensure that the training is

      conducted as per the Training Calendar

      2. To take care of the day-to-day operational activities of Academy training to the

      satisfaction of all the stakeholders

      3. To keep a tab on Associates & act as the SPOC [Single Point of Contact] for all their

      issues & concerns

      4. To be a custodian of all the practices, compliances, and processes of Academy

      5. To eliminate all that potential barriers like cross gender affinity, groupism, egoistic

      behavior etc., from the minds of the trainee associates through effective co-ordination

      6. To assist the Centre Head in the Governance & Operational activities of Academy

      Training

      Key Deliverables

      The technical co-ordinator will be responsible for the following areas: -

      • Liaison with Joining Team: To Ensure that the Onboarding of the new joiners

      (Freshers & Laterals) happen seamlessly as per the process

      • On boarding support:

      Joining Team To ensure that the associates PS number, login credentials,

      ID card & e-mail Ids are generated.

      Corporate Services Team To ensure that the access cards and security

      clearances are provided for the new joiners

      • Induction Collaboration: To ensure that the Induction is conducted for the new joiners

      in consultation with the Centre Head

      • Dorms Management: To guide the accommodation needs of the associates wherever

      facility is available.

      Associate Database Management: To create & maintain the master database of each

      batch from joining till deployment and extract reports as and when required related to

      Training for review and MIS reporting.

      • Classroom Management: To ensure that the class rooms are divided based on the

      logic and ensure the seating plan is arranged as per the logic

      • Faculty/Training Roster Management: To prepare the Training calendar & Faculty

      mapping for the new batch and ensure that the training is carried out as per the

      calendar.

      • Liaison with Mentors/Trainers: To work closely with the Trainers & Mentors to meet

      the training objective.

      • Associate SPOC: To act as a SPOC for all associate related issues & concerns

      including discipline.

      • Weekly/Surprise Assessments: To ensure that the assessments are conducted as

      per the training model/calendar.

      • Score Card: To prepare dispatch the weekly scorecards as per the defined schedule

      separately for Technical & soft skills performances of the associates.

      • Weekly Dashboard: To prepare & dispatch the weekly dashboard to all the

      stakeholders as per the schedule.

      • Review & MIS: To schedule periodic reviews with the following stakeholders as per

      the calendar

      Program Manager

      Class Managers

      • Monthly review: To schedule monthly review with the group head & centre head.

      • Collaboration with support Teams:

      Corporate services For effective functioning of day to day operations

      Stationery requirements – For training & operational requirements

      Transport – For commuting needs, if required

      Security – For opening of classrooms/conference rooms during non-working

      hours/extended working hours and visitor/asset movements.

      • Associate delight:

      Team outing – For busting the stress and providing relief/relaxation from the

      routine

      Weekend movies – For relaxation

      Events/CSR – For enhancing their satisfaction levels & creating a sense of

      pride in them

      Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESAT) – For feedback and improvements

      Convocation & cultural programs – For providing a platform for the associates

      to showcase their latent talent

      • Trainee Welfare: Take care of the Associate welfare undergoing training w.r.t to their

      accommodation, health and well-being.

      Simulation Lab:

      • Managing Automation simulation LAB use case/setup design and deployment.

      • Building exercises for lab.

      • Creating Test Case scenarios as Assessment for Trainees.

      • Maintaining a centralised repository.

      Required Profile

      • Should have worked as a Learning Co-ordinator in a reputed establishment

      • Should be a graduate

      • Should have good communication & interpersonal
