What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate activities in the Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, and Accounts Payable departments
- Lead the AR, Deductions, and Credit & Collections Team to achieve operational excellence
- Establish and monitor deduction policies and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of accounts payable expenditures and compliance with regulations
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a customer-focused culture

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Proven experience as a people leader with strong supervisory skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage risk
- Proficient in mid to top-tier Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; experience with Oracle preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food industry, particularly with international operations
- Experience implementing change management for systems
- Strong organizational, research, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
