      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee planning and supervision of accounts payable ensuring financial integrity
      - Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures for compliance
      - Monitor productivity and performance of accounts payable staff, facilitating improvements
      - Conduct performance appraisals and support staff development
      - Ensure timely submission of accurate financial reports and audits of disbursements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-Year Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Payroll required; experience may be considered in lieu of education
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or payroll required
      - 2 years of supervisory experience required
      - Strong skills in accounting, analysis, communication, and strategic thinking
      - Ability to perform sedentary work and occasional travel as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4-Year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
      - Experience in healthcare finance or accounts payable management
