What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply data science to solve business problems in the Revenue Growth Management space of CPG
- Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs
- Present analytic solutions to business audiences and demonstrate their business value
- Manage analytics projects and collaborate with client stakeholders and global teams
- Select and apply relevant analytic techniques to generate actionable business insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7-9 years of professional work experience, with 5 years in data analytics
- Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders and translate business problems into analytics solutions
- Recent experience in CPG and Retail space
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the RGM space
- Strong project management and team management skills
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine-learning algorithms
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive
- Ability to collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams
- Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA, or equivalent work experience

- Experience in Petcare industry
