      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive and manage pipeline reporting and dashboard creation while ensuring data integrity within Salesforce
      - Conduct client and industry research to support client charge volume growth
      - Support B2B program growth initiatives and coordinate campaign reporting with key business partners
      - Facilitate VP and Director meeting planning linked to new client acquisition and expansion growth
      - Provide client business continuity when the Account Development Manager is unavailable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of Account Development/Sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Experience in a highly regulated industry
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
