      Manager Brand Experience & Events


      Key Responsibilities

      Premier event logistics planning and execution-60%

      Pre-Event Logistics
      - Manages Monday.com and pre-meeting cadence for sponsorship, advertising and assigned events
      - Meeting function sheet and BEO/event spec reviews

      - Meeting space master planning and management with Premier BUs to set event goals and create planning timelines, deadlines, etc.


      Event Logistics Oversight
      - Onsite management of experiential areas and assigned events
      - Food and beverage
      - Onsite transportation
      - Meetings rooms/sets
      - Post conference review and budget reconciliation

      Enterprise Direct Responsibilities:
      - Assists with other high touch point events and environments as needed. (Ex: Executive Forums)

      Event Esthetics planning and project management 20 %

      -Assists with event signage, placement, event booths and visual onsite strategy
      - Project manager of onsite structure design/graphics and contractors to produce these elements

      Event sponsorship & advertising project management 20%

      - Sponsorship program lead- taking closed sales and acting as main point of contact for all sponsorship/advertising engagements

      -Project management of assets due from clients and working with vendors to bring sponsorship opportunities to life onsite at Premier conferences


      Required Qualifications

      Work Experience:

      Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years

      Education:

      High School Diploma or GED (Required)



      Preferred Qualifications

      Skills:

      • Project management

      • Event planning and execution

      • Work with designers and creatives to create event assets

      • Budget management and reconciliation

      • Excellent customer service

      • Strong organization and communication skills

      • Leadership/management experience

      • CMP a plus

      Experience:

      • 6-8 years of experience

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree

      Working Conditions: Air conditioned office space


      Travel Requirements: Travel 21-40% within the US


      Physical Demands: Light: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the exertion of forces required is greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker remains stationary most of the time, the job is considered light work.


      Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $64,000 - $118,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
