Contribute to the cross-brand, Expedia Group annual plan and communications to support major brand moments and always on programs
Manage both internal creative work streams and agency focused projects
Drive communications for ensuring creative objectives are well defined and appropriately carried out
Partner with Business Marketing, Brand Integration leads and internal collaborators to act as a key point of contact and integration with the creative communications group
Provide leadership and support to brand integration leads, team of CD’s, producers and strategists to plan, lead and implement marketing communications efforts
Partner with International teams on campaign execution
Lead key workstreams across the creative process from inception to completion
Partner with Creative Teams on creative review processes
Ensure brief and creative review objectives are delivered
Support budget management at an annual and quarterly basis in partnership with production
5+ years of relevant work experience
An integrator, someone who can lead and motivate teams around a key idea
Understanding of the creative process to deliver on end to end projects
True cross-functional experience outside of core team (e.g., working with PR and Product)
You have strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details
Someone who can communicate effectively, concisely, and tailor a message appropriately
Ability to use data to make appropriate decisions on trade-offs and prioritization
Resilient and constructive when faced with change, able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances

The total cash range for this position in West Hollywood is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Manager, Brand Integration Cross-Brand
Expedia Group’s Global Marketing Communications team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative and effective global marketing across our family of brands. Within this organization, the Expedia Brands group is responsible for setting the strategic approach and execution for campaigns that touch all our Services brands. We are seeking a key contributor as Brand Integration Manager, who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skills. The role will work with teams across the organization, bringing together teams from across Expedia Group from strategists, creatives, producers, comms planning, brand leads, media, international, product and partners. A high degree of partnership across organizations is needed, and the candidate will excel at relationship building.
