      SET THE COURSE

      This position is responsible for the overall management of Tommy Bahama’s application support team, and is responsible for the management, administration, and operations of the business applications. This position will work closely with Tommy Bahama business units, PMO and IT support teams.

      BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

      · Provides enterprise solutions and support for retail, restaurant, supply chain and corporate environments.

      · Manage all application support and operational needs for business applications.

      · Directly manage the business applications operations teams supporting major business value streams

      · Directly manage team focused on vulnerability remediation, system patching and application versioning

      · Manage small projects and interface with project management resources and teams.

      · Act as management liaison between business units, PMO and IT organizations.

      · Manage and prioritize system issues and bug resolutions.

      · Develop and enforce “Tommy Bahama” best-practice system support methodologies.

      · Partners with cross-functional business groups to assess application requirements.

      · Work closely with technology infrastructure teams to monitor application performance.

      · Ensure functionality and technical support documentation exists for all applications and systems.

      · Manage support to PMO and IT organization in variety of tasks which can include testing, training, functional business requirements and more.

      · Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts for support and maintenance renewals.

      · Responsible for service and operational management, change management, and issue resolution.

      · Review, Code and approve invoices applicable to business applications

      ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

      · Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

      · 4+ yrs. experience managing, leading, and mentoring teams of 5 or more employees.

      · Strong expertise in all internal and external functionality, integrations, and operational needs for all business applications

      · Understanding of supply chain business requirements.

      · Experience using and/or managing Retail, Restaurant, eCommerce, ERP and Supply Chain business applications desired.

      · Must have ability to listen well and understand the needs of customers, staff, management and supporting departments.

      · Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people who have different skill levels of technical competence.

      · Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and tools.

      · Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills

      · Must have excellent technical and non-technical writing skills.

      · Must be able to facilitate effective meetings.

      Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

      Rate Range: $120,120.00 to $200,200.00 per year
