- Assist in identifying SMEs, power users, and testers. Lead planning and execution activities and implement effective communication and reporting at the project team and program level.
- Build a solid understanding of ERP system requirements and limitations.
- Partner with Corporate team to ensure that business needs are met while aligning to the Accelerate overall vision & design. Attend and actively participate in workshops with the Accelerate & business team to agree on future state design & processes.
- Be a change leader for the team, supporting communications and change management activities arising from the program. Lead identification of change impacts throughout development and deployment.
- Hold self and others accountable to deliver on project tasks & meet project milestones.
- Develop and execute the training strategy in partnership with the Corporate Accelerate team.
- Develop and execute both go-live cutover plan and post go-live team support strategy.
- Support configuration feedback in a timely manner, play a key role in business simulations, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as requested by the Accelerate team.
- Drive solution adoption of SAP and related partner systems (e.g. Coupa, Ariba, SAP IBP) across Endoscopy.
- 8+ years experience in one or more Supply Chain processes such as Forecasting, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, or Planning
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- ERP deployment experience highly preferred
- Commitment to excellence and high standards with acute attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong organizational, change management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Demonstrated track record of handling complex or difficult situations
- $95,100- $204,000 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. As a key member of the divisional Accelerate program, you will help implement a new complex ERP system for the Endoscopy Division. You will be responsible for leading various aspects of the Supply Chain workstream to ensure the integrity of the solution during all program phases (Scope, Design, Process Harmonization, Final Preparation, Go Live and Hypercare), assist in identifying change impacts, and help derive solutions for these change impacts. You will lead core team members in planning and execution of the Supply Chain workstream and will be accountable for ensuring objectives are delivered on-time. This role requires close partnership with Division and GQO leadership stakeholders, as well as the Accelerate program team and Shared Services COE’s.
