      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and identify potential channel partners that align with Mastercard's strategic goals
      - Develop and manage joint business plans with partners, including sales targets and revenue activation strategies
      - Drive onboarding and activation of new partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell and support Mastercard offerings
      - Manage the channel pipeline, forecast reporting, and track progress through the sales cycle
      - Conduct monthly alignment sessions with partners to review pipelines, perform win/loss analysis, and develop new sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in the cybersecurity space and familiarity with customer needs and partner landscapes
      - Experience in sourcing, qualifying, and forming business relationships with channel partners at the CXO level
      - Strong track record in managing major customer/partner relationships with transparency and collaboration
      - Established personal network within the cybersecurity industry
      - Experience in developing and managing joint business planning with partners
