What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of Member relationships to drive action on financial health initiatives
- Develop and monitor annual engagement plans for assigned Members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality Member programs
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track and report on engagement and relationship health
- Project manage select Member-facing programs and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client success, or marketing within financial services or adjacent industries
- Strong relationship-building skills with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to the mission of improving financial health and embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with financial services companies, insurance carriers, or associations
- Highly polished presentation skills with the ability to motivate diverse audiences
- Proven expertise in client-centered stakeholder engagement
- Ability to synthesize data and present cogent arguments effectively
- Flexibility to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
