Work both internally and externally to manage goals, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects from launch to closeout
Develop structured quality improvement and research tools and resources (content) to support the Research Sciences team as outlined in the contracted obligations included in each project's Statement of Work (SOW).
Write and construct content which may include educational tools, care journey pathways, discussion guides, posters, presentations, and other project-specific deliverables of many formats and types.
Facilitate and/or lead internal and external meetings, as needed
Support project owners, graphic designer, and other members of the Research Sciences team, by reviewing content and suggesting appropriate edits
Propose, structure and rework content as needed based on project needs and requirements
Ensure compliance with all editorial and graphic standards, references and annotations, regulations and corporate policies for content and materials
Track at-risk tasks providing proactive mitigation strategies for resolution
Track and report project content status through multiple rounds of review and support team prioritization when there are conflicting priorities
Proactively communicate content/resource/project information to internal and external stakeholders
Lead and deploy smaller projects as a project owner, as needed
Additional details: Monitor project status to ensure content and resource deliverables are met.
Additional details: Determine timeframes, procedures for accomplishing projects, and support others in the organization to make meaningful process improvements.
Additional details: Drive outcomes without direct authority. Complete special projects when assigned.

Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time

Manager Content Generation
What you will be doing:
The Manager Content Generation is responsible for successful content development and content support for Premier Applied Sciences projects, studies, programs, and overall client relations. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1 – 30% Maintain customer-centricity, while adhering to project statement of work and supporting approved project materials.
Responsibility #2 – 35% Lead/support material/content/resource development including PPT presentations, educational materials/resources and deliverables outlined in said SOW.
Responsibility #3 – 35% Create job aids and supporting materials relative to tasks created for various stakeholders.

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
