What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and execute the company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulatory requirements across various business segments
- Manage the annual planning process and lead the execution of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) testing
- Evaluate and recommend operational and process improvements to financial compliance processes
- Collaborate with business partners, external auditors, and management to enhance financial control structures
- Contribute to cross-functional project teams to support CVS Health's transformational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years prior experience in a relevant accounting or auditing role
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, deductive, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional designations such as CPA, CIA, or progress towards such designations
- Experience in strategizing, planning, and developing compliant audit project plans
- Prior project management experience
- Practical knowledge of processes, risks, and internal controls
