      The Corix team has an opportunity for a in Vancouver, BC-Hybrid. Reporting to Controller, this position prepares consolidated monthly/quarterly management and board reporting packages, prepares yearly consolidated budget presentations and analyzes operating results for business units.

      This position also provides support in the annual corporate valuation process and administers the corporate allocation model.

      This role is responsible for oversight of Adaptive Insights – Corix’s enterprise-wide planning tool. This include maintaining and enhancing the cloud-based planning tool to ensure accuracy of financial results and forecasts.

      What you'll do

      • Responsible for Executive Management/Board reporting materials including maintaining the monthly rolling forecasts and overseeing preparation of the monthly/quarterly consolidated decks
      • Key member of the budget team assisting with the annual budget process and preparing the consolidated budget presentation
      • Responsible for maintaining, enhancing and continuous improvement of the Adaptive Insights – Corix’s enterprise-wide planning tool.
      • Responsible for maintaining and administering the corporate allocation
      • Key member of the team assisting with the annual corporate valuation process
      • Prepare consolidated monthly/quarterly management financial packages and rolling forecast for internal management review and board presentations.
      • Responsible for preparing and oversight of the budget process and timeline for the full company. Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated budget presentation.
      • Responsible for assisting in the annual valuation process. Key team member that assists the corporate development team with the budgets impacts on the valuation.
      • Oversight of the corporate allocation model and assisting with administering corporate allocated expenses.
      • Collaborates with divisional finance teams to maximize the capabilities of the current finance systems and contributes to the development of the strategic roadmap.
      • Assist in bank financings or equity requests when required, including preparing or reviewing all required documentation and coordinating with all parties necessary.
      • Other corporate initiatives/duties as required.

      What you bring

      Experience

      • 3+ years’ experience with corporate financial reporting and planning

      Education

      • Bachelor's Degree required
      • CPA or CFA designation required

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Able to develop strong business relationships and provide functional support throughout the organization.
      • Able to effectively communicate complex financial reports to non-financial team members.
      • Strong abilities using V and XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other spreadsheet functionality to manipulate, analyze, and take action on financial data.
