Under general direction of the Director, Diversion Control and Global Security, the Security Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company premises, team members and property remain safe and protected from internal and external threats. The Security Manager is responsible for responding and providing oversight during an emergency situation at the headquarters building in Conshohocken.

• O versees the management of the day-to-day security operations, to include but not limited to; Intrusion, Access Control and Video Systems at HQ Conshohocken Global Security Operations Center as well as across the Cencora enterprise.
• Provide access control administration.
• Monitor alarm activations for enterprise-wide facilities.
• Utilize video system to monitor HQ and enterprise-wide facilities.
• Utilize web-based portals to assess intrusion alerts.
• Assist and recommend new alarm system installation and upgrades.
• Liaison with Security Systems Providers and emergency response personne
• Manage event security at the HQ building.
• Provides safety and security support to executive team.
• Responsible for the vendor relationship with the contracted security officers and manages the day-to-day operations of the officers.
• Maintains and develops facility security requirements and implements procedures for safeguarding proprietary data.
• Generates metric-based reporting and analysis for security improvements
• Provides security awareness training and education.
• Supports Diversion Control and Corporate Investigations Program as assigned.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Requires broad training in related field through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of education and experience, BA or BS Degree in related field preferred. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) years directly related and progressively responsible experience, previous work experience in security.

• Knowledge of Physical Security concepts, design, and application
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Work and Excel
• Discipline program, project, and time management skills with the proven to work in cross functional, matrixed, and diverse workforce environment
• Willingness to travel, 5 to 10% of the time
