The Digital Media Project Manager will be working with both marketing, design and development teams to complete campaigns and deliverables accordingly. This role is responsible for collaborating with teams to determine project scope, deliverables and objectives across multiple media campaigns to create seamless execution across digital channels. Manage schedules, budgets, creative timelines and allocate resources. Qualifications 4-7 Years experience working in a Digital Media Environment Knowledge of multiple forms of Digital Media Understanding of complex campaign management with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at any given time Thorough knowledge of how creative assets are used in digital media campaigns Ability to run multiple projects at once Extraordinary communication skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Proven success with the ability to organize multiple digital media assets, campaigns and creative assets Understanding of Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) Must have strong excel skills Project Management software is a plus Responsibilities Facilitate communication between Clients and Investment teams to ensure creative updates make it to the appropriate teams as needed. Maintain the investment team’s Creative Input Sheets and coordinate updates with all parties involved. Communicate team timelines and flag needs to ensure all assets are delivered on time. Maintain and update spec sheets across channel teams on cadence to ensure all sizes and formats are presents and updated as needed across all platforms activated. Lead biweekly regroups with all parties to ensure changes and optimizations are executed in a timely fashion. Embedded within teams to understand executional needs to communicate gaps and requests to clients. Maintain and update project management tool (ideally hive) Help mine for opportunities to uplevel our current approach and a continuous hunger for improvement. Proactively check in with all teams to ensure things are moving along. Keep an open line of communication with all channel teams. Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
