      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue retention
      - Cultivate proactive support and consultative advising to strengthen customer relationships
      - Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost team effectiveness and product knowledge
      - Monitor and report on team performance, customer satisfaction, and relevant KPIs to the Director of Customer Success
      - Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution to maintain positive client relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in people leadership or relationship management
      - At least 6 years of experience in the insurance industry; Property & Casualty license preferred
      - Proven ability to handle difficult situations and customer escalations professionally
      - Strong understanding of customer success best practices and metrics

      - Experience managing and developing a team in a fast-paced environment
      - Knowledge of digital insurance platforms and APIs
      - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
      - Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to clear documentation
