      Position Purpose:

      The Data Analytics Manager will focus on building analytical models and organizing large data sets into actionable insights to share throughout the organization. The role collaborates with financial partners to develop and implement strategies in service of enterprise goals, develop analytics capabilities across the enterprise and enable self-service reporting through technology implementation, best practices, and training.

      Key Job Activities:

      • Establish and manage data and analytics policies, standards, organization. Create and oversee reports on data metrics and has executive-level responsibility for all enterprise information/data management budgeting and initiatives.
      • Establish Business Performance Metrics: Build & manage a business performance dashboards performance management system. Provide timely information and insights that enable employees to improve decisions, optimize processes and plans, and work proactively.
      • Recommend, prepare, monitor, and evaluate key metrics and KPI dashboards by analyzing patterns, usage, and trends
      • Understand overall business mission, vision, and direction of the organization to ensure the management and implementation of new data solutions align with emerging business requirements.
      • Develop and analyze new reports, dashboards, and scorecards for use across each functional team and drive automation throughout
      • Lead as an advocate for implementation of enterprise-wide data governance, data quality standards, and data protection standards.
      • Recommend, implement & lead continuous improvement initiatives that help drive change, improve access to critical information and enhance decision support capabilities across the company.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned and modified at leader’s discretion.

      Experience:

      • Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance
      • Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
      • 5+ years’ experience with reporting tools required (i.e., PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Objects, etc.)
      • 5+ years’ experience with data analytics platforms required (i.e., Python, R, Alteryx, etc.)
      • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers, and senior management).
      • Experience translating user requirements into an implementable analytics/reporting process.
      • Experience finding cross-functional teams to align on data definitions and reporting requirements.
      • Experience converting/mapping data from legacy systems is a plus.
      • Experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, and database management is a plus.
