What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coach a team responsible for creating and managing support for digital solutions
- Analyze digital support activity data to create resources for training and service improvements
- Implement and update internal digital support protocols and standards
- Supervise customer triage and requests for Omnichannel digital support
- Collaborate with IT/Digital Agile teams for cross-functional communication and project management alignment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field required
- 5 years of experience managing and growing a digital or customer support team
- 2 years of experience using ServiceNow platform
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with remote and/or global teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in related field
- ITIL, CSM, Agile, Prosci, PMP/PMI certifications
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence and Miro
- Ability to travel up to 25%
