      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and project management support to the CEO and Chief of Staff
      - Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics to optimize efficiency
      - Prepare meeting agendas, record follow-up assignments, and support leadership team meetings
      - Collect and organize data to prepare key materials and presentations for senior-level staff
      - Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively problem-solve to support strategic priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
      - Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills with meticulous attention to detail
      - Experience with office productivity tools and an aptitude to learn new software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with AnyBill, Concur, ADP, and video conferencing systems
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
      - Experience in a nonprofit or educational setting
      - Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and KIPP's mission
      - Strong cultural competence and collaborative skills
