Job Description

Lead Visual Trainer within Region to all levels from stores to Upper Field.
Partner with Regional Director to identify developmental opportunities relating to visual merchandising skills throughout the region, with a heightened focus on the District Manager population.
Facilitate district-level visual merchandising workshops in collaboration with DM partners to build merchant muscle.
Strategize with Regional Director to build a plan to drive profitable sales through merchandising within the region and create feedback loop to ensure objectives are being met.
Marry art and science to land customer-centric decisions to drive profitable sales and improve visual execution.
Track and analyze information to determine any Region-specific merchandising action is needed in partnership with Visual Director/Regional Director.
Productive and impactful leadership role in assigned Divisional Support team to act as a liaison between field and HQ Visual • Collaborate with cross functional partners in ensuring accurate seasonal product is being shown in line with brand marketing and launches.
Additional project work or other duties as assigned.

Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions.
Minimum of 5+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex retail business leadership
5+ years of visual presentation experience, with focus on training.
Flexible to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business; with the ability to travel overnight as required.
Ability to travel overnight as required, up to 75%
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Confident presentation and digital literacy, with command of: Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneDrive
About the Role
The Regional Visual Manager drives brand visual merchandising strategy, adjusting direction to meet specific regional needs. They influence the regional Upper Field team to drive consistent visual execution across their portfolio of stores (full region). The Regional Visual Manager builds merchandising capabilities within the Regional Upper Field Team, with a focus on District Manager development.
