      This is a remote position with the preferred candidate being located in the Denver, CO area due to occasional on-site collaboration with the team.

      Key Job Responsibilities:

      • Lead monthly/quarterly financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis for BioPharma business unit, presenting and articulating monthly/quarterly results to BU/divisional leadership
      • Lead Biopharma business unit annual planning cycle, including bottoms-up Revenue, CoGS, and Opex build
      • Closely partner with Accounting team, Operations team, and other department heads to understand root causes of financial performance, analyze trends, and identify potential issues
      • Act as partner and advisor to Sr. Manager, FP&A, raising awareness of future headwinds/tailwinds based on analysis
      • Develop and improve reporting and analyses as needed to improve visibility of business performance and initiatives
      • Support of corporate FP&A activities as needed
      • Proactively and strategically engage a global set of stakeholders across a global matrix
      • Support commercial team in sales analytics, revenue forecasting, and sales operations

      Qualifications/Education:

      • An undergraduate degree is required. Preferably in accounting, finance, math or related field
      • Superior quantitative and analytical capabilities with Advanced Excel; Strong financial systems capabilities (Oracle Netsuite experience preferred)
      • 8+ years financial analysis/accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing/life sciences industry
      • The successful candidate also has very good overall business skills; he/she does not limit the scope of responsibilities to finance and accounting but helps to develop solutions to broad business issues.
      • Must be able to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks in a complex environment with strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Experience with global FP&A, multiple currencies, and FX analysis is preferred.

      Compensation/Benefits:

      The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position. The package includes base salary, bonus, equity, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.

      Salary Range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000.
