Our Manager in Development Program (MID) is an accelerated, entry-level program designed to prepare you for a Branch Management role in approximately 9 months. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn the business from its roots, contributing to various aspects of development and gaining comprehensive insights into our organization.

In this program your will learn how to :

• Provide and perform industry services, including acquiring specialized industry certifications
• Support operations logistically in alignment with training needs
• Interview, Hire, Train, Coach and Development Employees
• Manage payroll and our iconic yellow van fleet
• Lead a branch of 20-30 employees
• Provide exceptional customer service and learn how to create commercial proposals
• Run a business
• And much more!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and contribute to various stages of project development
• Gain hands-on experience in different departments to develop holistic understanding of our business processes
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives
• Foster a culture of improvement within the development team
• Coordinate with senior management to execute and refine the organization’s development strategies

Requirements

• Candidates must be willing to relocate throughout the continental U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or close to obtaining one in related field
• Work experience in the service industry is a plus
• Demonstrated passion for learning and understanding business operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Proven ability to work collaborating in a team
• Ability to move and/or lift avg. 50lbs
