What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain the program's Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to create intermediate schedules
- Perform comprehensive critical path and driving path analyses of the IMS
- Deliver schedule-related reports to Program Management, highlighting issues and recommending mitigation strategies
- Support ongoing compliance reviews and ensure proper implementation of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual obligations
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Background in Aerospace & Defense, D.O.D, and/or NASA contracts
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and integrating program schedules, including logic networks
- Expertise in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience managing both waterfall and agile program schedules
- Knowledge of DI-MGMT-81861B/C and DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
