      The International Business Manager guides the implementation and execution of business plan objectives through providing operational/brand support and consultation to licensees with the objective of maximizing brand equity and configurations in their respective markets.

      Providing consultative support and overseen to partners/licensees in all the business areas. Responsible for coaching and holding their partner/licensees accountable to the standards and reputation of the brand while driving sales and profitability and enhancing guest satisfaction. And creating growth opportunities through effective business planning, drive restaurant excellence through coaching and action planning, and build effective relationships through mutual trust and respect.
