What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the implementation, execution, and maintenance of the Bank's centralized Issues Management function
- Provide oversight and credible challenge to enterprise-wide risk issues
- Develop and execute reporting to drive transparency into the status of issues/exceptions
- Work with business line managers to foster a culture of self-identification of issues
- Assist in audits and exams preparation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in building and/or overseeing an issues management function
- Previous experience with or as a bank regulator
- 6+ years of risk, audit, or regulatory experience in the operational risk discipline within the financial industry
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of IRM initiatives
- Familiarity with risk analysis and assessment
- Understanding of issues management in the context of overall risk awareness and management
