- Project Manage Client Partner Strategic Initiatives: Responsible for building project workplans, meeting agendas, tracking action items, etc. under direction of senior leader. Attends client-facing meetings and is responsible for capturing and communicating next steps. Creates client-facing presentation materials under direct supervision of senior leaders. Prepares timely and relevant custom reports that summarize status throughout strategic initiatives.
- Lead Strategic Opportunity Analyses: Lead comprehensive opportunity analyses for health systems, health plans, and physician organizations. This includes, but not limited to, market assessments, network integrity analyses, value-based readiness evaluations, future-state scenario modeling, physician recruitment plans and merger/acquisition opportunity assessments.
- Develop Internal Deliverables for Navvis Leaders: Prepare materials that effectively communicate client partner activity, findings, insights, and recommendations to Navvis leadership.
- Conduct Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Leads the identification of market trends, opportunities, and threats within the healthcare industry and for Navvis’ Markets Presidents by conducting thorough competitive analyses and market research that supports the development of strategic solutions for client partners and new business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with Other Navvis Functions: Work closely with teams across Navvis, including Business Development, Analytics Insights, Market Economics and Clinical Operations to develop and support analyses and initiatives that meet client partner needs.
- Manage Relationships with Navvis Strategic Intelligence Partners: Serve as the primary touchpoint for all of Navvis’ external strategic intelligence partners. Become knowledgeable of all partner capabilities and resources. Connect Navvis leaders to research relevant to client partner initiatives or needs.
- Project Management: Develop and manage project management tools and inputs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Client Deliverable and Presentation Preparation: Prepare detailed and impactful presentations that communicate data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions, strategic planning, and the implementation of initiatives to support client goals.
- Quality Assurance: Provide dynamic support across various projects, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed within established timelines.
- Project Delivery: Deliver projects on-time, keeping senior Navvis leaders abreast and engaged around progress from project inception to conclusion.
- In-Depth Market Analyses: Ability to independently develop comprehensive market analyses that offer clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Proactive Analytics Support: Deliver timely and targeted analytics support during Market Strategies engagements, addressing emerging needs as they arise.
- High-Level Collaboration: Demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with both team members and external stakeholders, fostering a cohesive working environment.
- Quality and Timeliness: Consistently deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations within set deadlines.

Department Overview:
Navvis’ Market Strategies team includes highly skilled, experienced leaders with a diverse set of core competencies in strategic thought leadership, clinical enterprise strategy, physician enterprise strategy/operations, acute care and ambulatory care strategy/operations, clinically integrated networks, accountable care organizations as well as policy and payment models. Together, we partner with Navvis’ client partners to develop and implement strategies that enable market growth and unlock value-based care performance.
