What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for live clients, managing their entire journey
- Proactively check in with clients regarding their adoption plans and identify areas for improvement
- Gather and prioritize client feedback to identify trends and communicate them to leadership
- Conduct regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and feedback sessions with clients
- Collaborate with functional teams to enhance client success and resolve conflicts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client success role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong work ethic and high self-motivation
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud computing

- Experience leading client-facing meetings and presentations with executives
- Proficiency in project management and CRM software
