      Business Manager for Fiduciary & Investment Office

      An exciting new opportunity to support the Chief Officer, Fiduciary and Investment Management (COFIM) and their Directors as a Business Manager for Fiduciary & Investment Office based in our London office. (Hybrid working)

      The role

      The Business Manager of for Fiduciary & Investment Office’s core purpose is to partner with the COFIM on running the Fiduciary and Investment Management (FIM) business. The business activity support includes assisting the COFIM in FIM leadership meeting preparation and subsequent actions as well as in external meeting activity, business strategy support, budgeting and budget monitoring (in collaboration with Finance BP), enterprise risk monitoring (in collaboration with Enterprise Risk BP) and managing the FIM HR processes (in collaboration with HR BP).

      The person

      The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Railpen as a business. You may also have experience of project planning and developing and delivering against a strategy across the business. Previous experience of working within an investment bank or asset management business would be advantageous but not essential for the role.

      We are looking for somebody who can think fast, can support across very diverse business disciplines, embrace complexity and has excellent skills in delivering clear and condensed communication. You should be good at promoting collaboration and building partnership among multiple parties inside the organisation. The ability to work using your own initiative and proactive thinking is key for this role, as well as having the courage to have a view on difficult business decisions.
