What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the production of month-end reporting packages for revenue cycle management and clinical departments
- Analyze and interpret revenue cycle data to support decision-making for divisional and organizational leaders
- Collaborate with BI programming staff to enhance and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
- Conduct financial research and perform ad hoc financial analysis, including forecasting and risk analysis
- Serve as a resource for data management and analysis across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a college or university degree in a related field
- At least 7 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong understanding of data and analytic tools, as well as healthcare/revenue information systems
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, MHA, or MBA strongly preferred
- 5 years of experience in Decision Support, Accounting, or Finance in a multi-site healthcare environment
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- Knowledge of revenue cycle metrics
- Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software
