- Sales & Growth: Build partnerships with community organizations and referral sources to drive new business.
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and mentor a team of counselors, fostering a positive culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Supervise key operational staff to maintain efficiency.
- Recruitment & Retention: Strategically attract and hire qualified team members, manage the onboarding process, and develop retention strategies.
- Operational Oversight: Manage operations, including billing, scheduling, and compliance, and collaborate with staff to optimize client intake and service delivery.
- Financial Management: Establish and monitor performance targets, oversee revenue generation, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to increase visibility and develop strategies to acquire new clients and boost retention.
- Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a behavioral health or clinical setting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience motivating teams of independent contractors.
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of building and nurturing client relationships in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Background in business development and client acquisition within healthcare.
- Knowledge of recruitment, retention, and performance management, particularly in commission-based roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction
- Understanding of billing operations, insurance procedures, and practice management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both in developing client relationships and internal team collaboration.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with ethical guidelines and compliance in behavioral health.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with practice management and scheduling software preferred
- Background in marketing and community outreach preferred
- Some minimal travel may be required

In this key position, you will oversee a talented group of professionals and ensure effective scheduling and revenue growth.
