What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience in IT
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of technical resources
- 2 years of experience managing mid-tier applications or production support teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of mid-tier applications and monitoring tools
