      About the Job:

      Reporting to the Senior Manager of Visual Operations, the Manager, Photography is responsible for leading and motivating their team, ensuring Photographers are well-positioned to implement and drive results that meet both editorial and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our Studio, producing over 25,000 best-in-class e-commerce images weekly to bring our brand’s vision to life through photography. The Manager, Photography will play a pivotal role in managing resources and strategy, while ensuring excellent results consistently across our catalogue of 1,000+ brands spanning womenswear, menswear, kidswear, and accessories. The Manager, Photography will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Planning & Producing, Operational Excellence, Inventory, Creative Research & Innovation, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and more to deliver against our industry-leading speed-to-market objectives.

      What You Will Do:

      • Manages daily priorities and monitors activities to consistently meet production targets with excellent quality and clear accountability
      • Strategically allocates talent, designs efficient operating models, and ensures the proper functioning of systems and equipment
      • Works closely with Visual Operations, Planning & Producing, and Art Direction to achieve overall production goals and implement creative briefs
      • Oversees operating expenses, headcount budgets, photography equipment, and studio facilities for efficient and compliant operations
      • Defines departmental goals, assigns responsibilities, assesses performance, offers mentorship, and cultivates a positive and productive work environment

      Qualifications

      • Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or experience in photography or related area

      • A minimum of 3 years in a management position with direct reports

      • Ability to deliver operating procedures that can scale at high volumes and across physical locations

      • Experience in fashion and/or e-commerce, an asset
