What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage internal departmental research in the issue area
- Lead the research team's rapid response work
- Monitor and report on the 2024 electoral cycle
- Generate actionable research for communications materials and campaign tactics
- Draft reports, fact sheets, and other political research materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of relevant prior work experience in political research
- 2 years of people and project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workplace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in opposition research covering an election at the federal level
- Experience working with Communications teams
- Interest in climate justice
