- Conduct thorough reviews of RFPs to understand all requirements and criteria.
- Identify key proposal elements and compliance requirements.
- Develop a proposal plan and timeline to ensure timely submission.

- Utilize proposal software (i.e. Qvidian) to create and package RFP responses that describe the solutions provided Personify Health.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and content.
- Write, edit, and format proposal sections to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
- Ensure all content aligns with the RFP requirements and organizational standards

- Ensure all proposal components meet the RFP requirements and are compliant with regulations.
- Conduct detailed reviews and quality checks of all proposal documents.
- Address and resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies.

- Stakeholder Coordination
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and technical departments.
- Manage, organize, and lead proposal review meetings and debriefs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all proposal-related inquiries.

- Manage the final assembly and submission of the proposal.
- Ensure all submission requirements are met, including format, delivery method, and deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in proposal management or a similar role in SaaS or healthcare industry with complex product offerings.
- Ability to manage a team of professionals ensuring key accuracy and productivity standards are met.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.

- Knowledge of employer and consultant driven RFIs & RFPs across industries (healthcare, government, public sector, international etc.)
- Proposal Management: in-depth understanding of proposal management processes and best practices. Including RFP structures, requirements and compliance standards.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Writing and Editing:Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills to produce clear, concise, and compelling proposals.
- Research: Ability to conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and data for proposals.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all proposal documents.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple proposals and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze RFP requirements and develop strategic responses.

The Personify Health Proposal Team is a collaborative group of individuals who deliver high-quality written responses to new prospects and renewing client RFIs and RFPs. The team includes proposal writers and a database manager. We value initiative, accountability, and mutual support.
The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing the entire proposal process and respective team, from initial review to final submission, ensuring all requirements are met for a compliant and competitive response to Request for Proposal (RFP) questionnaires. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest quality of proposal submissions.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
