      Greenway Health seeks a Manager, Product Management responsible for shaping and executing on the vision for Interoperability services, including FHIR, SMART-on-FHIR applications, and other Interoperability solutions/services across the Greenway product ecosystem. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this leader will develop and evangelize the overall product vision and strategy to drive growth and align with overall company/board objectives.

      As Manager, Product Management, this role will use data-driven insights, knowledge of strategy, and structured problem-solving skills to bring about transformational change in Greenway’s products and the value they provide to our clients. In addition, this role will partner across functional stakeholders to align the product strategy to efficiently deliver market-leading solutions on schedule with the highest quality.

      Essential Duties & Responsibilities

      • Develop and evangelize overall technical shared services vision and strategy to drive growth and market dominance across the Greenway product ecosystem
      • Ensure high contact within the Product Management function to the existing clientbase ensuring the roadmap aligns to upcoming market conditions, the solutions being built take into account clients’ diverse workflow needs and that the solutions already in the hands of clients operate to allow their success
      • Facilitate all functions within Greenway to act in the role of a trusted advisor to our clients
      • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the market forces and addressable opportunities, both short- and long-term
      • Directly manage, coach and mentor Product Management resources
      • Establish strong partnerships with functional leads across the company to execute end-to-end from product vision to go-to-market launch
      • Instill strong product team culture by encouraging a bias for action, communication, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
      • Contribute to product management processes with a 360-degree focus on areas including clients, competitors, industry, sales, PSO, support, hosting, etc.
      • Work with Product Development teams to deliver on roadmap items which (i) drive growth/clients based on what clients are willing to pay for, (ii) what enables the ability to maximize existing client retention, and (iii) what enables the company to operate with successful business margins, and (iv) ensures the delivery of compliant regulatory information
      • Organize and optimize the team structure to enable operational best practices, to align with new product focus, and to prepare for team growth.
      • Clearly communicate to fellow Greenway co-workers the market need, the expected outcomes of the defined user flows and help R&D teams by being an arbiration point between alternative solutions to balance cost versus benefit versus schedule

      Experience and Education

      • BA/BS Degree preferably in Business Management, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science
        • MA/MS Degree preferred
      • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in product management and/or development
      • Healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
      • Experience communicating market need to technical resources and communicating technical constraints to clients
      • Experience driving compelling enterprise-grade solutions from concept to market, with proven success growing in highly competitive and regulated industries

      Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

      • Proven experience leading product development teams
      • Prior expertise in establishing and optimizing a PM function
      • Exceptional executive and strategic relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
      • Understands and uses analytical analysis and methods to see insights in data
      • Excellent management skills with proven experience managing software product migrations and creating innovative products to drive and capture white space in industry
      • Have a good working knowledge of different SDLCs and how that relates to the Product Management function
      • High level of expertise in software product design and usability, regulatory and interoperability functions
      • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, inter-personal skills, and organization skills

      Work Environment/Physical Demands

      • While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for most of the workday
      • This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard most of their workday
      • This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for extended periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
      • The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
