Job Description

- Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects
- Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with Qualfon’s PMO (Project Management Office) methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of assigned projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
- Responsible for implementations, projects and process improvements.
- Contribute and validate technical information gathering with new clients during the Client Implementation Manual (CIM) process
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Facilitate project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Document scope
- Obtain stakeholder signoff
- Successfully manage relationship with the client, project team, technology team, and all stakeholders during projects
- Mentor Project Manager 1 & 2 team members on BPO technology related tasks
- Work closely with Project Managers as well as Technology teams to drive completion of the IT tasks and timelines of projects.
- Facilitate risk analysis meetings, document potential risks
- Work with cross-functional leaders, technology teams and client to develop mitigation steps and triggers
- Manages risk mitigation across multiple projects.

Area of expertise (Skills)
BA or BS Degree or 4 year’s equivalent work experience in BPO technology field.
Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
Excellent client-facing skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. 90% English proficiency written and verbal.
Career orientation towards Information Technologies, particularly Systems, desktop PC and Networking technologies in BPO sector
