      Responsibilities:

      These include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
      1. Line manager for the QA team, in charge of all administrative tasks (workload allocation, hiring, disciplinary measures, and appraisals), makes sure all processes are being followed and deadlines are being met, projects are being allocated and handled according to the Standard Operating Procedures. (30%)
      2. In charge of the monthly evaluations and bonus calculations (10%)
      3. QA KPI’s monitoring and reporting (5%)
      4. In close contact with the Survey Programming, Data Processing and Project Management leads from all regions, and their respective TLs. Attends cross-function meetings, analyze LIVE errors together with peers every month, identify the root cause and suggest solutions (15%)
      5. Takes initiatives in disciplining the Survey Programming and Project Management teams when processes are not being respected. (10%)
      6. In close contact with the Survey Programming Managers globally, makes sure the collaboration between the QA team in Cebu and Survey Programming teams is in line with the existing processes, identify potential improvement areas and propose solutions (15%)
      7. Takes initiative in organizing trainings and refresher sessions for the testers (QA training, basic programming training), programmers (survey testing sessions) and Project Managers (survey testing sessions). Always looking to find new ways to gain efficiencies. (15%)

      Education: University degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
