Coordinate and design communications across external audiences (i.e. CMs, alumni, regional board, school and community partners) to include social media channels to create and maintain an online presence
Manage execution of all regional events including board meetings, staff retreats and in-person spaces, and One Colorado events the include staff. corps, alumni, and community partners
Support strategy and execute on all teacher placement and hiring, and execute hiring campaign with support from schools and other team members
Serve as regional point of contact, providing operational support between the region and all teacher licensing partners
Create, finalize, and amend (as needed) Professional Services Agreements (PSAs)/Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) with partners
Serve as interviewer for corps member selection
Internal systems: lead, oversee, and manage internal systems work, including finance, compliance, PSA invoicing and cash collection, office administration, and general corps member hiring operations
Manage team and executive director calendars and systems
Create and send written/visual communications to various external audiences in the form of newsletters, blog posts, social media posts, or other methods
Perform logistical planning for events including researching options for venues, working with businesses to determine catering options, supporting SMDs or ED with high stakes event or communications planning
Connect with teacher licensing partners as a liaison for the region to ensure programming needs are understood and adhered to
Create and execute new PSAs/DSAs for new school partners, which includes drafting, running through legal, finalizing in DocuSign, sending to partners, tracking, and receiving in a timely manner
Create and execute invoicing for school partners, which includes drafting invoice, sending to partners, tracking, and receiving payment in a timely manner
Ensure the regional team is aware of calendar changes or updates
3-5 years of work experience
Experience with creating and executing external communications through various platforms
Understanding of Canva
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
Knowledge of teacher hiring practices or licensure requirements within the state of Colorado
Understanding of platforms such as DocuSign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TFACT
Some evening and weekend work required
Some travel within state required

WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Colorado region seeks a Manager, Regional Outreach to provide our region with the support needed to keep external constituents engaged, informed and ready to move our regional goals forward. The Manager, Regional Outreach is responsible for managing external communications for the Colorado region in four major categories: corps members, alumni, regional board, and school/community partners. You are responsible for supporting the strategy behind corps member programming and ensuring that team-wide initiatives in these fields are successful and managed efficiently and effectively throughout the yearlong process of corps member matriculation.

YOUR COMPENSATION
The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost of labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Tier B: $66,800 - $100,200
